16 of our year nine students undertook a training day with the Anne Frank Trust, to learn how to guide their peers around an exhibition based on the story of Anne Frank. They watched a video on the story of Anne and her family and were then split into groups to focus on particular parts of her life. The students had to draft a script and practice their delivery, giving each other feedback as they went round the room. The Anne Frank Trust ran workshops for all year nine students focusing on the legacy of Anne Frank, in particular on modern day extremism and how to spot it.
The exhibition then opened to the entire year group, parents, teachers and students from Clore Tikva and WIJPS. Our tour guides worked incredibly hard on this project and delivered excellent and informative tours.
